Hotel Specifics - Marriott/1 Bedroom/Bunk Beds

I love Courtyard (size and layout of the room, bunk beds, water playground, distance). My family loves Homewood (buffet and wine, ok the wine is for me, pool, grocery delivery service, full size refrigerator and kitchen). If I could merge the two it would be the penultimate hotel for us.

Residence Inn shows a cash value of $979/night right now but 35,000 points. Its probably still too early for November I'm assuming.

@JJ2017 Marriott allows booking out 50 weeks, before the merger SPG allowed 550 days, but some of the hotels didn't populate and you had to call to book directly. With the merger I find the Marriott is bit better about listing all options for using points up front and doesn't seem as limited. SPG seemed a bit stingy about limiting things. I'm not sure if they will be more likely to open up those rooms on points later though, that doesn't follow the normal mind set of booking in advance. With the merge it's pretty hard to figure out some issues. You might try posting over at the Marriott Insiders site, perhaps you'll get some 'experts that know more about the inner workings of Marriott
