Hotel Rooms - Roomsaver.com?

Has anyone had any luck walking into hotels and using the coupons from roomsaver.com either on the road driving to Disney or in Orlando?

We have used roomsaver.com coupons twice and had no problem at the Cabot Lodge in Tallahassee. However, another Cabot Lodge also in Tallahassee refused to honor the coupon. They said that there were only a few rooms left therefore they didn't have to accept the coupon. Needless to say, we went to the other hotel and they accepted it. I suppose hotels will let you use the coupon if there are lots of rooms left and they feel that they won't be used at a higher price.

Roomsavers works great! You can pick up their magazines on the interstate drivin down, and they mags are good for a couple states at a time. So you can adjust your lodging plans enroute according to how tired you are of drivin that day. Yours should be a 2 day drive

Where along the interstate did you pick up the coupon books? Gas stations or rest stops? We will be driving down for the first time next trip and it would be great to save some money on hotels. Thanks for the info.

We have always saved money with Roomsavers coupons. Not just in Orlando, but just about everywhere we travel. We always get ours from gas stations, and Welcome centers. Some restaurants have them also. The only time we ever had a problem and we not able to use it was on a 4th of July holiday and the hotel was almost full.
