Hotel Room for 3 Adults

Hiya!

I'm so so so excited, we're taking my sister and nephews to DLP in October! However I'm having some problems with booking accomodation. My nephews are 22 and 20, and obviously none of them want to share a bed! Where can I book? All the hotels seem to be 2 doubles or a double and bunk beds! Anyone any experience of this?

thats right - all onsite hotels have either 2 double beds as standard, or at the Cheyenne its one double and one set of bunks.

I'm not sure you'll get much choice even offsite to be honest .

You could try somewhere like the Marriot Villas - you can book an 8 person 3 bedroom villa or a 6 person 2 bed with extra sofa bed in the lounge. Otherwise 2 rooms will probably be needed anywhere else I'm afraid

Its a real problem, adults can use the bunk beds at cheyenne but there is a weight restriction of 70kg around 11 stone for the top bunk, as long as one of the 3 is below this you'll be ok. The beds are adequate in length and width for adults, my 20 year old is smaller in build than my 15 year old so he had the top bunk last year.
Offsite Kyriad have rooms with 4 single beds, but don't book the kyriad through dlp website, far cheaper to book through somewhere like expedia or travel republic and get park tickets seperately.

Just a thought you can take your own camping bed and use that in one of the hotels with 2 doubles, we considered SL last year so I emailed and asked them, providing it can be put out of the way they said it was ok. We decided against it in the end.

And another thought The Explorers have little annexe joining rooms, so you can 4 plus 2, or 4 plus 2 plus 4, how many are in your group in total ? Adaggio and Hi Park Serris in Val d'europe also have rooms for bigger groups.

Adagio at Val D'Europe have 2 bedroom apartments for E112 per night. One double room, one twin room, bunk beds and 2 pull out sofa beds in the living area.

We did price up DCR but OH is very reluctant to have to drive around on his vacation! Think we're going to bite the bullet and spring for Sequoia Lodge, 3 rooms, £2340 ouch! Tempted by the Golden Forest rooms, cause, you know, when you're paying nearly 2 and a half grand, what's an extra £600 between friends!!
