Hotel reservation in 2006

We are planning on a trip to WDW on Jan 4-11, 2006. I am particularly interested in the Buena Vista Suites advertised at $88 for a 2 room but this booking is only till 2005. Is there any way I can get the rates for 2006 and can I book it now ?

You should post this on the Board for Orlando and other attractions. It talks about hotels that aren't Disney owned.
