Hotel recommendation(s)?

Hiya!

We're looking to head back to WDW in November (dates are flexible) and need some hotel recommendations. Our preference is on-property and moderate...but will consider all options. The only 'must have' is 3 beds or 2 beds and sofa-sleeper.

The only Mod that fits that description is Port Orleans Riverside. Some of their rooms have 2 queens and a small Murphy bed. You can get a rollaway at Coronado Springs for an extra charge, and there are junior suites at Coronado, but they're very expensive.

Most of the Deluxe resorts (excluding Animal Kingdom Lodge and Wilderness Lodge) have 2 beds plus a daybed, but again they're pricey.

Art of Animation and All-Star Music are Value resorts with Family Suites that sleep 6. AS-Music suites have a queen, foldout double and 2 foldout chairs. AOA suites have a queen bed and 2 foldout doubles.

If you like the Mod level of resort, POR is probably your best bet.

The Alligator Bayou section of POR is the only moderate that has 2 queens + Murphy bed.
We love Por, IMO it has a bit more to offer with the boat to DTD, horse & carriage rides, evening entertainment and a marina where you can rent boats and go down the river to the DTD area. The other mods also have marinas, but CBR and CSR lakes are tiny and not worth renting boats on.
POR also has a great food court.

As the previous posters mentioned, your choices are POR, Art of Animation family suites, ASMu family suites (would one of your kids be ok with a sleeper chair?), any of the deluxe resorts except WL and AKL, or some of the 1BR villas (again, one of the beds would be a single sleeper chair). So you definitely have options, just depends on how you want to go budget wise.
