Hotel recommendation near Discover Cove?

Can anyone recommend a nice/good priced hotel near Discovery Cove/Seaworld??

Sheraton World is right by SeaWorld. We were there a couple of weeks ago and LOVED it. The room looked like it had been recently rennovated. The hotel had at least two pools, and they were great. It was also close to several good restaurants. The Renaissance is right across the street from SeaWorld and is a little more upscale.

Hilton Garden Inn and Marriott Residence Inn are both nice hotels near SW. The RI is brand new...check Marriott website for intro rates.

If you want a villa, Marriott's Cypress Harbour and Vistana Villages are nearby, both great properties.

I'm staying at the Residence Inn this weekend. i got a rate of $85 with AAA. It looks very nice,breakfast included and I believe I read somewhere they also have a happy hour. I'll let everyone know how it was when I return.

I stayed at Residence Inn Seaworld last April and it is nice. There is also a Renaissance that is right next to Sea World that is supposed to be very nice. Usually the prices are sky high there, but I've recently seen some lower prices advertised on Marriott's website.

I had the Residence Inn by Sea World booked for July, but cancelled. I had my sister and MIL go check it out for me. (they live 5 minutes from Sea World. They said it was beautiful and the room had a full kitchen. We were getting a 1 bedroom with living room and full kitchen including breakfast and "happy hour" by the pool for $85 a night AAA rate. $89 without AAA rate.

Sounds like a good deal

We got the $85 rate but not for the suite with kitchen, just a room. I did not read anything about a "happy hour."

Pixiedust...Go to there website and check it out. You should be getting the 1 BR for that price.
