hotel parking question

a mess up in my DH's work schedule has thrown our little "vacation" for a loop and we can no longer go the exact dates I have booked at the hotel, but we will be able to go for two of the days and we just plan to check out of the hotel and spend the last day at disneyland instead of going straight home like we originally planned. My question is can our vehicle remain in the hotel parking lot? It's not HUGE deal to have to move it because we have free parking on our AP but its just a pain.

I'm thinking we do have to move our vehicle, but what if I change our reservation (which I have to do anyways) and we stay at the disneyland hotel? Can we remain parked there after our checkout time?

I assume you are staying at a Disney Hotel, then Yes, you can. Keep your key to the Magic room key and that is your pass to exit the hotel parking lot and not pay a parking fee. They tell you your Key is yours to keep as a souvenir.

Not sure of other hotels. I remember that BWPPI they said we had to move our car by 3pm on our day of checkout, but that was about 4 years ago.

We WERE going to stay at Desert Inn & Suites but the only availability they have is if we are willing to stay in two different rooms. For the same price we can stay in Paradise Pier for two nights, so we might do that, instead, especially if we don't have to move our vehicle.

At the Disney hotels, you can stay until midnight on the day you check out. It's a LOVELY little perk (paid for with resort fees, LOL).

HOJOs lets you keep your car at the hotel after check out too.

It depends on your hotel. Most times we've been able to leave our car parked after check out but you need to check with the hotel you're hoping to stay at. That's something we always ask when we stay somewhere different.

Yes, it depends on the hotel. Last year the Super 8 let us stay parked the day we checked out which was SO nice.

I don't know, what hotel are you staying at? Some yes Anaheim Plaza you can park until midnight on checkout day, others no.
