Hotel Parking for off-property guests

We are having several guests stay off property, both at local hotels and family residents. We would like for them to just drive to one of the hotel pick-ups we are offering ie. CS, but i'm not sure if they will be charged for parking. Do they just tell the front gate that they are parking to catch the bus for a wedding?

If they tell the person at the gate that they are coming for a wedding, they *should* be allowed in.

They will not be charged for parking. We had many off-property guests who parked for free at the various Disney resorts to meet our bus. Disney is very used to this and just waves guests through.

It won't be a problem! We had everyone meet in the lobby of POR to get the bus for our DP, and no one had problems parking. You may, however, want to let your guests know that the guard will most likely ask them to present photo identification. That way, they can have it out and ready when approaching the gate instead of having to fumble for it.
