Hotel New York, Empire Floor Breakfast

Last year we were soooo lucky to be given an amazing upgrade to Empire Floor Breakfast at HNY Does anyone know if we can pay for this option for our next stay in December ? We would upgrade to Empire Floor but its not included in their 2 nights free offer !!! so its loads more cash !
