Am thinking of taking the train from San Diego to Anaheim for 2 days to go to Disneyland. I have points to stay at the Sheraton Anaheim for free. When I called, I was told that the shuttle service runs every 15 minutes starting 1 hour prior to park opening through 1 hour after park closing. Where do these shuttle drop off/pick up? Do you get breakfast free here? Can you see any of the attractions from this hotel? How far is this hotel from the Amtrak station? I would only bring a change of clothes in my backpack. Should I go to the hotel first, check in, then go to the park or just go straight to DL from the train station?
