Hotel near Disney springs

I'm surprised the hotel didn't tell you!

We didn't interact with the staff much and would have stuck with Uber in any event. But the entertainment(?) help desk wasn’t very helpful about Disney and if I remember correctly they were not employees of Holiday Inn. We like Uber in Orlando.

The money we save staying at Disney Springs hotels is much more than enough to uber or lyft. We usually bus in the morning (we aren't rope drop people) and rideshare at night. Works great for us.
