Hotel near both DE and US.

I wanted to do a split stay at Disney and universal but with a family of 5 it's just to expensive. I would like a nice hotel or even a condo for no more then 120 a night. We will have a vehicle so I am hoping for some place that doesn't charge for parking and no resort fee would be good to. I would ideally like under 120..clean and nice and a pool..free breakfast is an added bonus.

When are you travelling? Skyauction has 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villas at Sheraton Vistana Resort on certain weeks for $450 + $20 admin fee for a total of $470/week (includes all taxes and fees). There's no resort fee and internet is free. The resort is just around the corner from Downtown Disney, and an easy drive up the I4 to Universal.

Suites are large and well appointed: you'd have a screened in balcony, a washer and dryer in the room, full kitchen, jacuzzi tub in the master bath, and 3 flat screen TV's. There's a king bed in the master, 2 twins or 2 doubles in the 2nd bedroom, and a queen pull out sofa in the living room.

The resort has wonderful amenities, too. 7 pools (some with special features like waterfalls, splash fountains, a slide, dive-in movies, etc.), 6 hot tubs, basketball courts, volleyball courts, multiple playgrounds, shuffleboard, 13 tennis courts, a farmers market, and more.
