Hotel liquidation warehouse

DH and I went to a warehouse nearby on Saturday where they sell hotel furniture. We were looking for a desk. Guess what they had a ton of.......THE WDW OLD POLYNESIAN RESORT FURNITURE!! I was so tempted to buy a set. They had the armoire/dresser, nightstands, headboards, ceiling fans, daybeds, mirrors, even the bedding. DH talked me down and we just bought the desk. How cool is that though?

Hey, I remember when you were moving! So, you actually moved to Riverdale - exactly where I said that my niece lives. Are you near the super Wal-mart and the dwarf Chick-Fil-A (sorry if that isn't p.c. - but that's the name)?

I would also love to know where it is in Georgia and what it is called. I am north of Atlanta, but pretty much everything is an hour away so that is no big deal to me.

In Orlando, there is a place called Mouse Surplus that does the same thing. They have a ****load of ols Disney stuff, from furniture to wallpaper to art to who knows what else.

A dwarf chick-fil-a is, well hmmm. Kinda hard to describe. I was gonna say it is more like a sit down restaurant, but you still order at the counter so I guess not really. I know they have an expanded menu. It has been a while 'cause the closest one is like an hour from me. Maybe their website will have some info. Sorry not much help.

There are two locations, I went to the one right in Atlanta on Fulton Industrial Hwy. There is another one in Forsyth that's the HUGE location, probably a lot more stuff!

I'm pretty sure Mouse Surplus had the Polynesian room furniture for sale the other day. They had the furniture from WL for sale when WL refurbished their rooms. DH bought the armoire, and it was very well packed for shipping. We also got the curtains, which we didn't know about. And what's a real nice little treat is that whenever I open the doors, I swear I can smell WDW in the air.
