Hotel in Orlando or Airport

We aren't flying out til the Sunday after the cruise late morning. I'm looking for a good hotel to crash post-cruise. It doesn't have to be close to the airport since we have a late morning flight.

Do people have any favorites?? I was wondering if anyone has stayed or heard about the new Nick Hotel (Holiday Inn) in Orlando. Price is a little higher, but with the free food and water park it may be worth the price.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.

Cypress Springs Hyatt in Orlando is really nice, and the price isnt that much. It has a lot of included stuff, such as paddle boats, canoes, surreys, bikes, etc.

The hard rock hotel was a lot of fun as well
