Hotel in DTD or near for ~$100?

Family of 5, good with a regular room two queens and space for a pack in play. A fridge would be great. Liking what I see about the Holiday Inn and Wyndham. Is there a big difference between the DTD Holiday Inn and the Lake Buena Vista one? I see one has a Kid Suite with bunks that might be nice. Thanks in advance!

Fairfield Inn on Apopka has family size suites with microwaves & small fridges & good size comp breakfast with make your own waffles. Not much of a pool though. About 2 miles to DTD.

Only about 3-4 miles from hotel to POR thru Disney's back door (hotel towards DTD, but turn right at 1st lite onto 535/Winter Garden Vineland Rd to Vista Blvd (goes thru WDW industrial area) & POR is on the left.

We stay there & we are picky about cleanliness.

The Marriot value hotels across from Seaworld are a little nicer with better pools, but I think they are a little more $ & a little further away (not too bad if use Palm Parkway & go in the same WDW back door).
