Hotel in Chattanooga area

We are planning our driving trip and looking for a hotel on the return trip. We would like to stay in the Chattanooga area or just south of it maybe Dalton? Any recommendations on hotels? Need something that would have 2beds and a pull out sofa since we're a family of 5, hoping for breakfast too but not a deal breaker.

Most of the major chains are pretty well represented in Chattanooga. Find one that you've had good luck with in other cities & pick one on the highway. You're good to go. I hate to recommend a specific place because everyone has different taste when it comes to hotels. We don't have a problem with Super 8 & the like, while others like to stay a tad more upscale.

as soon as you enter the state of Tennessee go to the welcome center or any rest stop and pick up a hotel coupon book that will help with cost as well as hotels in the area
