Hotel Help...

Guys,
I need help here. We are getting close to booking our trip (Just got back the security deposit from our former apartment!) and I'm trying to convince my husband that he wants to stay at the Grand Floridian again. On 2 of our 5 trips together we have stayed at the GF and I'm hooked.
He wants to stay at the All Star Pop Resort and I can't stand the thought.
It's going to be my little guy's first trip to the parks (He will be 8 months old) and I need to come up with good reasons why we MUST stay at the Grand Floridian.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Seriously, with a little one, I probably wouldn't stay at either. Its time for a home away from home resort. You need a full kitchen and a bedroom door that you can close on the sleeping baby and still have conversations.....If you love GF, I'd probably reccommend the Beach Club Villas.

The other thing to think about is this. As long as you stay with Disney, you'll be AOK. So the second this debate get the slightest big heated, give in and stay happy.

Nah, no diamonds. Just Disney Vacations.
I hadn't even considered the villas. Having a seperate bedroom for the baby sounds very practical...
We actually haven't been on any sort of vacation since we were down in Disney in September of 2001...
I'm in dire need of some pampering and some time with the Mouse!!!!!!!!

Being on the monorail is much easier when you are pushing a stroller. It's a pain to fold strollers for bus access.

I dont think you need to be in a different bedroom from the baby, so much as having another room to not sleep in while the baby is sleeping.

And if you want to stay at a villa and cater to Dh's budget, go over to the DVC rent/trade board and rent points from a member.
