Hotel help!

I just got back from vacation and have been scanning through the boards getting a tad confused and I am hoping someone can clear this up for me.

I'm going to be having an intimate wedding. I do understand that guests do not get a discount on the rooms.

Do I get a discount on a room for an intimate wedding?
Can I add the DDP to my room if I get a discount? (I know guests can't).
Can I choose to stay at only one hotel or do I have to hop?

Phew...I think that is it.

It's true, guests don't get a discount, and I don't think brides do either. However, I really like the idea of the DDP, so I don't have to worry about paying out of pocket for all of my meals... it was much easier to pay up front for the package. Just my humble opinion

I don't see why you'd have to hotel-hop. We're staying at the Caribbean the whole time. Actually, we never thought of hotel-hopping when we booked the package.
