I am going on my first trip without kids to Disney since I had my kids (they will be 1.5 and 3.5 when I leave them alone with my husband) at the end of March to drink cocktails and go on all the rides I have not gotten to ride recently before we try for one more baby. I have taken my older one 3 times (she loves Disney as much as I do) so am getting good a picking hotels that work well when taking a toddler but am out of practice for an adults only trip. I had an annual pass off and on for about 5 years before kids so have been by myself many times just not recently (post COVID). Pre kids/COVID (they pretty much coincided) I stayed at the Hilton Anaheim a lot and took ART but have not heard good things about ART post COVID so don't really want to deal with that. I also used to stay at the Anaheim Hotel but the prices are high for my dates for the quality of that hotel. Not looking to spend the money to stay on property (I will save that for when I take my kids) but have in the past too. Taking both my kids in the fall and then will seriously consider on property for that trip.

Since it is just me (and maybe my sister) going I am trying to balance convenience, comfort and price rather than having to think about being kid friendly.

I think I have narrowed it down to the Grand Legacy or the Park View Inn. The Grand Legacy would be 2 double beds and the Park View would be 2 queen beds but with a max of 2 of us in the room that doesn't really make a difference. The price difference is $12 total for the 4 nights I would be staying so no difference there either.

Pros and cons of either of them for an adult only trip? I won't have a car so parking costs don't matter. Thanks!

I consider those two pretty comparable so I would go with PVI just because it's slightly closer.

We love the park Vue. Ask for a room towards the back on the second floor. The aC can be kind of loud, so I bring ear plugs!

We're staying at Park Vue in a couple weeks. Glad to hear they are pretty good. The Reviews were good, and it was close to the parks so we pulled the trigger.

I've stayed at Grand Legacy twice, it's been very satisfactory. I would recommend getting on their mailing list as they send email specials all the time! It might end up being a bit cheaper for a few more steps.
