Hi everyone! We are going to WDW 11/30/24. We are driving and will arrive in the evening of 11/29/24, so we need a one night stay somewhere. We are just sleeping, so I don’t want anything crazy expensive, but it needs to be clean. I was looking on the Disney World site and nothing seems to be available unless I want to spend like $250-$300. Does anyone know of any offsite hotels or any other sites to book onsite hotels that are cheaper? Thank you!

I have a similar situation in October, and I'm staying at Springhill Suites in Flamingo Crossings the night before our week at Pop begins. With taxes it was less than $150 (refundable). I booked it through their corporate website. Flamingo Crossings is a fairly new commercial development just outside of WDW on Western Way with several hotels.

I agree with checking out the Flamingo Crossings area. It's close and all the hotels are fairly new.
Another nice thing about the area is that there is a smaller Target so you can pickup snacks before checking into Disney. There are a lot of small restaurants and QS places to eat, too. It's right across from the newer DCP housing complex. And, a lot of the hotels have free breakfast. However, do ask about a parking fee, I think some do charge, but it's not a lot.

Last time we drove we stayed about 30 minutes outside of the area at a Marriott branded hotel for $125. Unfortunately I don’t remember which but we found it by using the map search on the Marriott site.

Thank you everyone! Last time we drove in 2020 and stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in Apopka, FL. That was about 40 mins away. It was nice because there was a Walmart nearby so we were able to shop before heading to our Disney hotel. I just think it was a tad too far out of the way. We plan on going to MK on 11/30, so I do t want to waste too much time that morning.

Are you trying to do as much as possible in one day? Because if you are it might be worth staying on property so you can get that 7 day advance access to your multipass bookings otherwise you have to wait until 3 days out to try and make your selections. If it's just a place to sleep for one night there's nothing wrong with one of the value resorts.

No, we are there until 12/7. Since we are driving, we don’t want to be exhausted our first park day, so we always just spend the night offsite, the night before check in.
