Hotel dates for Disney College Program

Does anyone know the dates that students in the Disney College Program can get hotel rooms at a reduced price? My daughter will be doing this and I am trying to do a little advance planning for trips to WDW. Thanks for any help.

When I did the program (many, many moons ago) you could get reduced rates at the resorts anytime during your program. Once you had your ID with your dept. and origin on it then you were all set.
