Hotel close to Universal ?

can someone recommend a nice, but inexpensive hotel for one night the night before checking into the Royal. We will be traveling after my son's baseball game so we won't get down there til about 10 at night, so just want a decent place for night that doesn't hurt the pocket! Thx!

How near do you feel the need to be? And how cheap do you want it to be? We're staying at Drury Inn and Suites for one night before our cruise. The hotel is close to I4, a bunch of stores, and closeish to Universal (1,5 miles?)

Seems to be getting rave reviews, and offers breakfast and a pool.
