Is the only HOTEL character breakfast available at the Ambassador? Seems you have to be staying there to eat breakfast at Chef Mickey's.
 
That is correct. No hotel character breakfasts outside the Ambassador, and you must be staying at the Ambassador to have breakfast at Chef Mickey's. Anyone can have lunch/dinner there, though.
