Hotel at Port (or Cocoa Beach)

With a 20 month old and two adults would you chose the Comfort Inn or Best Western hotels? They are similar in price but I am wondering if they are both equal in amenities and most importantly CLEAN?!?
Any one stayed near there in any others with thoughts, comments suggestions?

Between Dave's site and www.mousesavers.com, we've changed our plans from staying at the MCO Hyatt to likely either the Radisson, Comfort Inn & Suites or Days Inn and we're renting a car one way. Those two sites made the decisions informed and easy!

Thanks to the creators/maintainers of the sites, and all those who recommend them!
