Hotel and Transportation in Miami

Anyone know how long it takes to drive from a hotel along South Beach to get to the cruise port? Via google maps it says 30 min which seems like a lot but guessing it is factoring in traffic.

You can book the hotel separately and call DCL to add bus transfers. I did that for our April cruise. My check in date is this weekend so will find out then if I get a PAT or not.

So it’s actually quite interesting. We had a weird situation because with the system upgrade, our transfers temporarily disappeared from the booking at the time we checked in. So I had to select a PAT, and earliest I could get was 10:45, boarding group 6. However, I eventually got through on the phone and added back transfers days later. Now when I go back to my port arrival form, it says 10:30 PAT and Boarding group 2. So it does seem that having transfers gets you the earliest PAT.
