:wave2: Hi all,

I need advice - I'm staying at the Rosen Centre in September, spending 14 nights (already booked and paid). As a birthday treat I'm considering staying at a Disney hotel for 2 nights in the second week of my holiday. My question is: Do I pack all my stuff up and take it with me, and then cart it back after my 2 nights. Or do I just take what I need? Do I need to inform the Rosen Centre that I won't be in the room for 2 nights (Bearing in mind I have already paid for a full 14 nights).

Has anyone done this before, I would appreicate your comments.

Thanking you in advance

I would imagine that the hotel will be so used to dealing with guests nipping over to stay at WDW, the beach etc for a couple of days that I'd just tell them where we were off to and take what we needed :flower:
I haven't done it myself but I'm sure there'll be plenty who have to advise :cloud9:

We stayed at CBR last month, and left our room to visit HRH for 3 nights. I just made sure everything was packed away (as in valuables) and took what we needed. Didn't bother to mention it to any staff! :cheer2:

I think you should definitely tell the reception as if there was a fire at night, at least they wouldn't be risking someone's life looking for you.

We are doing the same when we leave the HRH for a weekend to stay at clearwater. Like Gilld said though, you must tell reception for the reason's she said.

We have done this on numerous occasions. We only take what we need for the days away in the smallest suitcase; we leave a reasonable tip for the maid so she keeps looking after us ;) and have ALWAYS told reception. One, so we know they know (if you see what I mean  ) and secondly if there was ever any problems they would know the room as unoccupied - but still in use.

We have ever only done this in a room with a good safe, other wise I'd leave all your money/valuables in the hotel's main safe.
