Hotel across from Legoland

The last time we visited Legoland, a chain hotel was being built across the street from the park next to the Publix shopping center. (I’m not talking about the Legoland Beach Retreat begins Publix— looking for the chain hotel that is not Legoland affiliated). Does anyone know the name of this hotel? Is it open for business now? Thank you.

I think it’s the Courtyard by Marriott Winter Haven and it just opened a few days ago.
