Hot tubs too hot?

Just back from 3 wonderful weeks but is it just me or are the Hot Tubs REALLY hot?

I'm talking about the ones in CSR and CR - they were pleasant but WOW - nearly took the first layer of skin off!

We don't have the weather for them over here so I may not be used to them but they appeared to be exceptionally hot.

Any thoughts?

I haven't been in the ones at CSR or CR but WL has 2 hot tubs. One was quite hot and the other was lukewarm. I think they were marked but I'm not positive. When I used them I'd go from the pool into the lukewarm one and then into the much hotter one and didn't have a problem. However I think if I'd gone right into the hot one it would have been a shock.

Temperatures are supposed to be 104 degrees Fahrenheit are lower. However it is a "hot" tub so yes the water is going to be very hot.

Hot tubs also are a short time enjoyment situation. It can be very dangerous to stay in them for long periods of time. Usually 15-20 minutes is maximum.

We always found the hot tub at POFQ to be very hot. I always take an old swimsuit to wear in the hot tub.

The hot tub at AKL next to the Zahanti Health Club is
HOT! HOT! HOT!!!!!

I love it! Great to use before a massage and it kept most of the little ones out of this hot tub.
(They would come up and dip their toes in and tell mom or dad it was too hot!) YAY!!!!
Nothing against little ones, I just don't prefer toddlers in my hot tub.

Like Sammie said...correct temp for tub is 104 degrees.
Funny how some don't bother reading the rules by these tubs
on regarding time to stay in, no heart problems, no alcohol or tranquilizer usage, and no infants or small children.

Oh, well....THAT's another thread! LOL!
