Hot tubs at resorts?

Quiet pools also tend to be tucked away in little areas rather than in the middle of the resort. While the main pools have more amenities, there are a number of resorts where we prefer the quiet pool (because it is quiet and much more likely to be empty or nearly empty) and even request a room close to it.

Our favourite quiet pool is at Boardwalk Inn. It's located in the enclosed rose garden/inner courtyard. We booked a room facing into the courtyard last December that wasn't too far from the pool so that we could spend our time there. I think on the busiest day, there were 4-6 other people there and some days it was just us. We spent hours in the hot tub. It's obviously quite a bit smaller than the main pool but it doesn't need to be very big since there's always fewer people there and it's not very attractive to children because it's pretty dull for them.

DVC 1BR and larger villas have jacuzzi tubs in the room so that is my go-to spot at the end of a long day if walking. The garden tub in the OKW 1BR is massive!

Except for the resorts where they are removing the jacuzzi tubs - like BCV.

AKL has a hot tub kind of tucked away from the pool along a walking path. Never seems to be crowded and the water was HOT. It was sooooo nice.

Poly has a hot tub that is not very hot, but it does have a view of Cinderella's castle.
