My sister has expressed interest in using the hot tub during our trip next week. For the life of me, I don't remember seeing any, though I know there are some!! Are they by the clown pool, or the "quiet pool" by the clubhouse? If they're at both, which would be less occupied in the evenings and how late are they open? Thank you!

There's one by the quiet pool and one by the clown pool. We have found the one at the quiet pool to be less crowded and usually have it to ourselves when we go. If kids are in the clown pool at night they frequently hop from the pool to the hot tub which can get annoying. We've been in very late at night and no one has said anything. I think as long as you're quiet and not making alot of noise late at night no one cares.

The main pool at the Boardwalk Inn/Boardwalk Villas is open 24 hours. At 10:00 PM the Lifeguards leave for the night and the slide is closed, so it's swim at your own risk.

Thanks for all the information guys!! Sounds like the quiet pool would be the best bet....I like kids, but I'd rather not have them jumping in and out from the clown pool, I could see how it'd get annoying (if you're childless, like we will be).

Now for the important question.....anyone know when the clown pool bar closes? :goodvibes

From what I've read it is open 24 hrs. Sorry.

The pool bar has been closing at 7 p.m. :thumbsup2 The hot tub near the clown has been closed all week, with parts on order.

Thanks for the info. Do you know if you're allowed to bring, like a glass of wine, from your room if it's in a plastic container? We won't be going until later in the evening after our daily park activities.

I think that would be fine. Have fun!

I stay primarily at BWV. And I have pretty much stopped using the hot tubs. The kids in them has been a real issue for me. Either the kids or drunken adults.
Granted, the hot tub by the quiet pool is better but it still has had issues. But then again, I haven't been there later in the evening.

Thanks for the warning! If we go, it will be in the late evening, to soak our exhausted bones!! :)
