Has anyone had the Hot Italian Style Sandwich at Pizzafari?

What's in it?

How was it?

(Sorry for accidentally posting this on the Resort board first.)

I had it two years ago. I found it to be rather ordinary. It was on foccacia bread. There was too much bread for the meat on the sandwich. I felt like I was eating mostly bread. If it had less bread or more meat, it would have been a well balanced sandwich.

It's decent. If you're going to be eating at Pizzafari, that's the only thing I would recommend getting. Don't agree with the previous opinion on the bread to meat ratio. I absolutely hate sandwiches that are all meat. I found the sandwich to have a good bread to meat ratio.

I had one two years ago and enjoyed it. It was a nice change at the end of our trip from pizza and burgers.

I have had it twice and really liked it. And I do not like sandwiches! I found the meat to bread ratio adequate. And my preference is more meat than bread. It has been two years since I have eaten one though so things could have changed.

I had one in 2008 and I think it was turkey, ham, and provolone topped with Caesar salad on foccacia bread. I remember liking it a lot.

DW & I split that sandwich & an order of the breadsticks. Both are very good! Ever since the Tusker House CS option was taken away, this has been our meal of choice at the Animal Kingdom.

Hi
My DD and I had this sandwich without the meat and it was really good. We had to wait for it though and it took about 5 extra minutes.
