:scared1: this is our first time in the summer season.. We are staying in a cabin, we will probley do theme parks early in the morning or later when the sun goes down.. so question is during the day.. What are some good things to do at the resort with a 3 and 6 yo.. without completely over heating.. I need a mock day schedule or somethin Ideas?? We've only stayed one night in a cabin once.. we are going to be their 10 days and we are always their in Decmeber never Sept, I have suggested 1300 or 1400 loop.. that is what the reservation person suggest I do I don't know why though,, I'm really clueless about this place so I'm a little uneasy.. Hope you all can help..

It is going to be hot so I would not live by a schedule. Just do the parks in the morning and head back to the cabin fro some AC. If you are renting a golf cart you can take a cruise, the breeze will be great.

Don't forget to do the campfire sing along in the evening. It is noce to sit under the stars and watch a Disney movie.

I believe the cabins are only located in the 2200 loop to the 2800 loops. There are a couple of cabins up near the 100 loop, but so far no one has ever seen them occupied(supposed to be for VIP's ). You can check the sticky at the top of the camping board and see the map of FW. One of the cabin loops offers a small unlifeguarded pool, you may want to choose that loop to request.

Thank you so much,, I just called disney.. and requested different loops the closest is 2200 to the action so that was my first choice 2nd was 2500 because its near a pool.. thank you really so much.. or I would have been in timbuctu.. you saved my vacation.. :cool1:

We have found that the going early as previously suggested helps. While at the parks save some indoor rides for cooling off periods. For instance while it is not always indoors the Tomorrowland Transit Authority offers a great cooling break. Also at Magic Kingdom Philarmagic it is a good opportunity to cool off and get out of the sun.

Definitely enjoy the pool back at the Fort, you will be surprised at how much it refreshes everyone.
