Hot Chocolate at CSR?

Ok, since I had to change to CSR from POR, DH needs to know if he can get his hot chocolate in the food court there??

Ok, DH said I need to be more specific , can he get hot chocolate for his REFILLABLE MUG anywhere? Like you can at POP and POR at the drink dispensers??

My family has to have Disney hot chocolate every morning and evening of our trip. The refillable mugs are great for that!
