Hot Butter Beer -- Yum!

We just spend the past day and a half at Universal, and it was such a nice experience. We arrived around 4:00 yesterday afternoon (Saturday). We didn't think we'd be able to do much but decided to go into the parks anyway. We were able to ride Gringotts with only a 30 minute wait and then jump on Hogwarts Express with no wait. DS then rode Dragon Challenge about four times, and we all rode Spiderman together. Today, we went to early entry and rode Forbidden Journey. (DS had to do Dragon Challenge again, too.LOL) Then we walked onto Hogwarts Express again and went to Gringotts where we walked on using single rider. We did a number of other rides, but I wanted to let you know what a delight it was.

Best experience of all -- having a cup of hot Butter Beer. I love frozen BB, but nothing compares to the taste of it heated up. It was a whole new flavor. If you are in Universal while it's available, make sure to give it a try!

Similar experience for us yesterday and today. Of course the lines got longer during the afternoon today, but everything was manageable. Guessing the lines/crowds will grow as we close in on xmas, but we are here 5 more days and have already done the must do's, so the rest is just icing.
