Hot Air Balloon

Hi Everyone
Is the hot air balloon safe / suitable for a two year old? They will be almost three.
Also, how do you book it?

Never done it myself, but as they say that children under 3 years old can access it for free, I assume it's safe.
You can book online, according to the website: https://www.panoramagique.com/, but it's in French and I can't find what to do when you have tickets, but the balloon doesn't go up due to the weather.
Today it's cancelled due to rain & wind.

There is also a ticket booth near the balloon.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother booking it in advance. Just turn up and buy tickets on the day if it's good weather and not too windy. Can't remember there being long queues whenever I've walked past it (I went on it in 2006, so anything else I can tell you about it probably isn't relevant now!)
