Hi!
If you are talking about Hula's Surfing ...
It's basically just where Hula (or another Host) goes to players rooms randomly. She just supposedly pops in to say Hello, and visits as many players rooms as she can, during the time frame for the event. I haven't had her come to my room, but this is what the calendar of events says. There is not a host room to attend tonight. Nor is there any host prizes tonight.
