Horses in the car barn

Are there horses daily in the Main Street Car Barn? I am reading Birnbaum’s and see this is where the horses go to rest between shifts. Can you pet them?

We've only seen the horses over at the Ft. Wilderness stables.

If the Car Barn doors are open, there is usually a rope up to
keep guests outside on Town Square sidewalk.

When we’ve seen horses there, there has been a handler there with them and they allow you to let them. But I’m not sure if it’s daily.
