Horseriding at Fort Wilderness - problems booking, need some help please

I will need to book the horseriding at Fort Wilderness for DD Sam next week, but after ringing the number last week to check on trail times, we hit a problem, as it is automated and they ask for your Disney Resort Reservation number. As we are booked with Virgin Holidays as a package, we don't have such a reservation number.

I rang the same 'phone number you ring to book golf and other sports, which I got from the official WDW Guidebook.

Does anyone know how I can get the horseriding booked without needing a Resort Reservation number?

doesn't it also ask for your home phone #? try that or put in a fake reservation # & see what happens!
