Just want to let folks know about the horse and carriage ride at Port Orleans Riverside. My husband and I took this ride for our anniversary, well actually night after anniversary.
the ride was lovely and was the driver, a very nice woman and the Black Percheron was beautiful.
What I did not like about it was trying to book doing it. the literature all says to make reservations and gives numbers both ahead and same day. On the day of our anniversary we tried Guest relations at MK, tried the Hotel 3 different places tried all the numbers and finally were told go out there and see if the horse is there.
THAT is not the way to run things. next night we were on our way to the boat to DTD and there was the horse and carriage. So we got right on. I have to wonder what the people in the rooms think when they hear clop, clop, clop going by LOL.
