We do plan to stop by on embarkation day and check out the location--have never done this before, glad I visit the board. One observation--it wasn't a "bad" table, strictly speaking, but we were up against a wall in AP and the show just isn't the same from that close up--the "vanishing wall" technology is a visual illusion that is best observed at a distance. But since DS, now 9, has seen the show a few times, and has seen the Travel Channel special, he knows how it works and I would not bother to change just for that reason--but that's us. If it would be DS's 1st cruise and I knew that it did not look great up against a wall, I would request a relocation.
Agree--serving stations are everywhere--tough to avoid, but convenient when you need another fork.
