Horrible, horrible, horrible...Animal Abuse :(

It is SOOOO sad! Almost beyond the definition of abuse-I am not an animal advocate but I hate people who do that crap to animals. If they don't like them-stay away from them. I have heard before that children/adults who abuse animals like that usually become serial killers. It's amazing to me that the punishment will probably be a slap on the wrist. I hope she gets more than that.

I pray she gets MUCH more than a slap on the wrist for this. Her actions were the very definition of heartless and cruel. I hope she goes before a judge who's an animal lover and she gets many years of punishment for her actions.

Such a horrible situation all the way around. That whole "prank" was horrible. Slashing her furniture, throwing bleach on her walls. I don't care what happened when they were roommates (and the story certainly didn't indicate there was any bad thing that did happen), that is completely and utterly inexcusable. Add that poor kitten into the mix...

I hope she gets the maximum penalty. That is not a prank. That is a heinous criminal act. The ppor girl whose aparmtent that was must be devastated.

Yeah! I'd like to see her get a good long punishment but unfortunately it probably won't happen. We had a case not too far from here where a man went into a humane society stole a kitten, brought it home & pulled its claws out & then started it on fire. He ended up with jail time but not nearly as long as I think he should have. Sick sick people out there.

I'm actually thankful that people post things like this. I basically refuse to watch the news/read newspapers/etc. So I get my news from other people. I think the word NEEDS to get out about things like this. If people don't care that this happens, then the penalties will continue to be nil. But if people understand that it's going on, and that people think it doesn't matter because it was "just" an animal, then maybe the laws will change.
