Horizons Vs. Cypress point Grandvillas?

Looking for a four night stay. We stayed in Phase 1 of Cypress Point 2 years ago and it was nice. Wondering if Horizons is worth the extra money. Would be spending a lot of time at the resort by the pool. Are there lounges around the pirate pool? Thanks

Have not stayed at Cypress, so I cannot compare. We have been to Horizons 8 times and like it very much. There are lounges around the pool with a good bar and grill for eating/drinks. The pirate pool is heated and pretty good year round. The water park is not heated, so is not good in the winter. There are daily activities for kids, and I think that most kids have a great time. The best rate I have seen from Marriott is $168 a night, but you can sometimes get it a condos direct for $850 a week.
