Hopping on an evening EMH

Tell me how to hop to an EMH (evening) park. We plan on going to MK on May 5th but, it closes at 7:00. We want to hop to Epcot which the hours are 9-7 (+EMH evening). How do I get a wrist band for Epcot if it "closes" at the same time as MK?

After you get into the park you are directed to another line to show your Room Key to get a wrist band. If your not staying at a Disney hotel your pass wont register at the enterance and they'll probably tell you nicely that the park is now closed.

We will most definately be staying onsite. Do we have to leave MK early to be at Epcot at a certain time or can we leave MK at closing and arrive at Epcot at "closing"?

You can arrive at Epcot at closing or even past (regular) closing time.
