Hopping from MK to EP

this will be our first trip with hoppers - yay! For the most part we'll be going to one park in the morning and one in the evening (since we are afternoon break people). But, if we wanted to go to MK in the morning and hop to EP, what is the most convenient way to do that, and his much time should we allot? I should mention we stay off-site and drive, so we will have our car. Is it better to park at TTC and monorail to Epcot? Thanks!!

Nope, Your parking is still free, I believe, and even if that weren't true, going from EPCOT to the TTC at close is much more of a hassle than moving car after leaving MK before entering EPCOT. Imho

I would just start out parking at Epcot and take the Monorail from Epcot to TTC and then on to MK from there and then reverse the route back to Epcot.

(the Epcot Monorail starts at 8:00 AM.)

The part in blue is not entirely true. You will pay for parking once per day. You must hold on to your parking receipt in order to park at the next lot without paying again.

What you want to do is this:

AM - Drive to TTC, park there, have fun.
Noon - Leave for your off-site
PM - Drive to EPCOT, park there, have fun.

I'd park at Epcot since that's where you plan to end your day. It's easy to take the Monorail from Epcot to MK.

It's kinda a waste of time (vs driving) but the monorail ride into EPCOT, especially circling around in EPCOT is really a well-thought out, cool grand entrance.

And I think the TTC transfer from the express monorail to the EPCOT monorail doesn't include the long walk under and up.
