Hopping, can I change my FP?

So sorry for a FP question. Last time I was at WDW FP+ just started and things worked a little differently.
So if I used 2 of my 3 pre selected FPs at say MK, then hop to another park, can I change my 3rd FP to the park I'm going to next?
