Hopper to Annual Pass???

We will be at WDW for 2 weeks in July and I know we will go at least 1 more time in the next year. I would like to buy the premium annual pass. My question is, I have 3 hoppers left from our last trip each with 3 park days and 2 plus features can I trade these in for the AP? If so how does it work, can I do it before I go? I would like to give MIL her AP for Mothers Day.

You will be able to trade them 1 for 1 for a season pass on the value that remains on the original php. The plus options don't rate much on the passes. Divide the cost by how many days the original ticket was for then multiply it by main days left and you will get an approximate value of what you will get.

The only place you can do it is on site at guest relations, it can't be done at Disney store, online or by phone. They have to validate what is left on each ticket and the only place they can do it is at guest relations unfortunately.

Sometimes it is better to save the older tickets and get an AP now as those tickets never expire. Since park tickets go up you will get a better value from the old tickets. Since you would trade them in at the gate you will be paying current gate prices, not advance purchase prices.

There are no advance purchase prices on AP's or PAP's. There is one price for each no matter whether you get them from a TDS, by phone, online, or at WDW.
