Hopper tickets...

Has anyone used Ticket Mania to order their hopper tickets? If so, how did things go? Were they prompt with getting your tickets to you on time and how far in advance did you order your hopper?
One other thing: one their website this is posted: "We can not accept returned tickets due to the magnetic strip on most tickets, only the Park itself can determine if a ticket has been used." What does that actually mean? Could you get a ticket that has been already used or partially used? I would like to order our tickets from here but am a little scared. Any help would be appreciated.

On March 30th I ordered 5 8day hoppers w/expiry. They just arrived today. My postman brought them to the door and I had to sign for them.
This is my second time ordering from them and no problems. Used them for last years trip. Had them put on my room card when I got to the Poly. I will be putting them on my room card again in May.

I did not use Ticket Mania, but I used Undercover Tourist. They send you the tickets in a plastic bag, and so long as you don't open the plastic bag, they'll accept a return of the tickets (subject to a small restocking fee). You can see the back of the ticket through the clear plastic bag to verify that you got the correct tickets. I ordered late (on a Monday and we were leaving Friday) so I had the tickets sent by 2 day express for an extra $10 and got them on Wednesday. Had I been more on the ball (and not waiting for a link in a Mousesavers newsletter that saved me more than the $10), I wouldn't have needed express delivery. Anyway, no problem with the tickets; they arrived as promised and worked just fine. When I got to our resort I had the tickets transferred to our resort cards so we'd only have to carry one thing.

Ticketmania has a very good reputation on this board. I was very happy with the service I received. They even make a copy of your tickets for you to keep in case you lose the original ticket.
