my birthday is Nov5th. There are no room discounts; that I have found; during the first week of Nov. Disney sent me a pin number for a discount of35% at moderates but not for the time between Oct 30 and Nov 12.
Question: should I wait and hope something comes up? Or change my trip dates and miss my Bday.
Other than Halloween on the 31st I can't see anything else that would make them not put out a discount.
I have a room booked at full rate and it's not as if I can't afford the full rate, but if I can save some $$$ I'm all for it.
Suggestions? :confused3

My birthday is Nov. 22nd. Usually this falls on Thanksgiving weekend. We usually go to the coast for Thanksgiving weekend...so I do my birthday trip to Disney later.

The last 3 years for my birthday gift my hubby took me to Disney & last year was my 50th birthday. We went the first full week in December all 3 times. This year we are going Dec 11th - 17th...trying to avoid Pop Warner this time. We go on a week that has a discount & I'm booked at 35% right now. Usually free dining comes up then & if so I'll change the discount to that. Is awhile after my birthday but still just as fun & it's even more enjoyable when you book with a discount & save $.

If it were me, I'd switch my dates and take advantage of the current code. You can still celebrate your birthday, even if it's not on the exact date. If you don't have to make plane reservations, if another code does come up in the next few months that does cover your birthday, you could always change.
