Hoping to be hired off the Bench!

Hi!
I just had my face to face interview with Disney Central last week on Thursday for the eCommerce Specialist - Internet Help Desk role.

Today I checked my Disney Careers account and they sent me an alert that I have officially been moved to the bench.

I’m hoping I’m not waiting 6+months and that I actually get hired for the role. Fingers crossed
