Well, not so much There will be a sructural engineer there tomorrow checking out why the house has "shifted" There is also concern about the pipes Buyers still seem interested though so we will see. I hope it is nothing toooo serious or some changes may need to be made

Oh my word.. my heart goes out to you That is almost a sickening feeling to hear something like that. When we had our house inspection, they found a mold problem in our crawlspace that we were scared was going to turn into an issue, but fortunatly the buyer didn't want to do anything. I hope everything works out for you.

Add mine to the reccommendations for Raglan Road !! They have sooo many awesome entrees , I loved the It's not bleedin' chowder and the Mighty Grill and the desserts are wonderful !! I have had the bread pudding , the baileys breme brulee and the trifle all very good !! I saw the choc/choc/ choc one and if you area chocolate lover it would be for you!!!
